Advanced Care Team Approach

At our six primary care clinics in the Madison area, you'll find best-in-class primary care providers, doctors, nurses and practitioners who work with you to deliver exceptional health care.

• Care Teams -  Our primary care providers work with you and other health care staff as part of a care team. That care team may include pharmacists, behavioral health providers and physical therapists – it varies depending on your unique needs.
• Specialty Care - You have access to over 1,400 world-class specialty care providers at UW Health and University Hospital.
• Staff Model - Unlike others in the area, our providers are salaried and not paid for every patient they see.

• At GHC-SCW we believe in a holistic approach to wellness. We complement traditional medicine with alternative care like acupuncture, massage therapy, naturopathy and group classes like yoga, tai chi and belly dancing. As a member-owner of Dane County's only local, independent, non-profit cooperative, you have a voice. Participate in YOUR cooperative by:
