Standards of Service Excellence

Empowered Workplace
At GHC-SCW, we want to help you maintain your work-life balance and offer a variety of programs and resources to support you. Two committees in particular, the Working Well Committee and the Social Committee, nurture the diverse thoughts and ideas of all GHC-SCW employees.
Working Well Committee
We strive to create and implement an agenda of wellness initiatives to foster a healthier work environment and healthier, more productive employees.
Social Committee
We enhance the social environment for employees and employees' families or guests in the workplace. The committee provides social activities and events that focus on staff entertainment, appreciation and recognition.
