For members who fill their prescriptions at a GHC-SCW pharmacy, learn more about our services.

Call the GHC-SCW pharmacy that you want to transfer your existing prescription to. They’ll reach out to your previous pharmacy to start the transfer process.

Unsure why you are taking medications or want to know more about your medications? Meet with a GHC-SCW Clinical Pharmacist!

  • Review your medications in detail and answer any questions you may have.
  • Look for lower cost alternatives medications.
  • Help manage blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol.
  • The anticoagulation pharmacists manage follow up for patients on blood thinners.​

GHC-SCW pharmacies offer free mail delivery of your prescriptions.

  • Conveniently order and pay online via your GHCMyChart account.
  • Allow 3-5 days for delivery. Depending on current US Postal Service volume, your prescription may take up to one week to arrive.
  • Certain medications cannot be shipped. This includes refrigerated items, Schedule II medications, injectable and some liquids.

You’ll now see a QR code on your prescription bottles. Meds On Cue QR codes will take you to educational videos and more specific to your prescription medications. These resources explain your medications use, benefits and potential side effects. We want you to know how to take your medications safely and effectively.
