Quality Management Plan
In an effort to continuously improve the quality and safety of medical and behavioral health care and the quality of services provided to Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin (GHC-SCW) members, GHC-SCW has developed a Quality Plan that guides our efforts. Our customized quality improvement system makes certain we’re achieving our annual goals and objectives.
Goals and Objectives
- To support and achieve GHC-SCW mission, vision, common values, strategic goals and objectives
- To identify clinical, service, member safety and behavioral health issues important to GHCSCW membership
- To identify opportunities for improvement within the clinical, behavioral health, service and patient safety areas
- To create quality improvement activities to address these opportunities
