GHCMyChart Video Visits
Due to the increase of positive COVID-19 cases in our community, we are encouraging our members to schedule video visit appointments through GHCMyChart for the safety of our members and GHC-SCW staff. Your care teams and provider(s) will work individually with each member to ensure your specific care needs are met.
Video visit appointments through an active GHCMyChart are a simple option to see a healthcare provider, while still getting the exceptional care you expect from GHC-SCW.

GHC Care OnDemand
With GHC Care OnDemand, you can access a doctor from your home, office, or on the go- 24/7/365. Board-Certified doctors can visit with you either by phone or secure video to help treat any non-emergency medical conditions. Reminder: You can also login into GHC Care OnDemand through a single sign on portal in GHCMyChart. This is a convenient way to access the 24/7/365 virtual care of providers and therapists.
Urgent Care - By Appointment Only
Urgent Care is your resource for after hours or same-day conditions that require immediate attention. Please call our urgent care clinic at
(608) 442-8100 to make an appointment. GHC-SCW urgent care treats non-life threatening conditions, including persistent or unusual discomfort associated with an illness. All GHC-SCW HMO and PPO members that reside in AZ, CA, CO,
CT, IA, MI, MN, ND, NY, PA, SD, VA and WI get free virtuwell visits. Badgercare
Plus and Medicare Select members cannot use virtuwell.

Emergency Care
If you require Emergency Care, please go to your designated hospital emergency room for treatment. If it is not possible to go to your designated hospital, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911. Emergency Care is medical care for a life-threatening medical condition that includes severe symptoms that could cause serious jeopardy to a person’s health.
Report Emergency Care and hospital admissions to GHC-SCW within 48 hours of receiving care or as soon as is reasonably possible. Call the GHC-SCW Care Management department at

(800) 605-4327, ext. 4514. If after hours, please leave a message. If these procedures are not followed, members may be responsible for full payment of services.
